Appointments made the same day:
you need to cancel 2 hrs in advance,
otherwise 50% of the fee will be charged.
Special Packages & Gift Certificates:
you need to cancel 24 hrs. before,
otherwise 50% of the value of the certificate will be waived.
These policies have been established in order to protect those clients who keep their appointments and the hardworking members of the on-call-staff. We don't do double bookings.
Please keep these simple rules in mind and thank you for your cooperation!
